Effective Immediately 3.11.19:
Mark Acoustics Lab: During this past weekend (3/9-3/10) we moved our "Flex Lab" next the main lab within the store. This is to increase efficiency and in preparation for upcoming "changes"...TBA! 
Service / Restoration Customers: 
We've had a lot of components arriving in our facility over the past several weeks, we a very grateful for our dedicated customers! Because of the increased work load;  2 changes are being made to assist:
> (1)  Mondays and Tuesdays will be designated for "Technical Evaluation" providing a faster response to our customers.
> (2) Implementation of 2 service "paths":
(A)  Components not requiring extensive restoration will be expedited in a timely manner.
(B) Restoration and/or service of components that require in-depth troubleshooting.
